• Planning, defining and managing the project plan, including the development of specific steps to achieve set goals
  
• Coordinating the team and ensuring quality project execution
  
• Communicating regularly with stakeholders and preparing presentations as required
  
• Sharing your experience and expertise with colleagues and clients to help grow the energy focused team
  
• Involvement in the sales process (e.g. preparation of project proposals, technical and administrative documents)

• Practical experience in areas such as: strategy definition and development, process transformation, business process improvement, design of organizational structures and processes
• Experience in strategic or management consulting with a focus on energy
  
• Experience in organizational change management is an advantage
