We are seeking a skilled System Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, focusing on API design, integration, and DevOps processes. If you have strong analytical skills, experience in microservices architecture, and a passion for solving complex challenges in distributed systems, we would love to hear from you.

• Collaborate with business and technical teams to design and document REST APIs
  
• Analyze business requirements to create process models and methodologies
  
• Lead troubleshooting efforts for bugs and incidents, providing solutions in collaboration with the wider team
  
• Contribute to the development and optimization of DevOps processes in Azure DevOps
  
• Create and maintain technical documentation using tools like OpenAPI and Enterprise Architect
  
• Model and document processes using UML and BPMN
  
• Support the team in API management and system integration efforts

• Proven experience in API design (REST, OpenAPI/Swagger)
  
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and working within distributed systems
  
• Proficiency in SQL and Elastic (including Kibana for debugging request/response flows)
  
• Experience with Azure DevOps and Scrum methodologies
  
• Familiarity with modeling standards: UML and BPMN
  
• Hands-on experience with Enterprise Architect
• Knowledge of WSO2 DevPortal/API managemen
• Experience with Figma for prototyping (CX/UI design)
• Version control systems (Git/SVN)
• ITIL Foundation certification
