We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager or Director to join a high-profile finance transformation program in Saudi Arabia - on-site needed. With multiple finance transformation projects underway, we need a skilled professional to establish and lead a Transformation Management Office (TMO) and drive alignment across these initiatives.

• Act as the central point of coordination for finance transformation projects, ensuring smooth execution and integration
• Oversee program governance, milestone tracking, and stakeholder communication
• Manage cross-functional teams, working closely with project leads to address dependencies and resolve challenges
• Provide oversight for finance systems implementation, including ERP systems, with a focus on data governance, system design, and project integration
• Ensure deliverables align with overall transformation objectives and best practices in finance system implementations

• Proven experience as a Senior Manager, Director, or PMO lead within large-scale finance transformation projects
• Extensive experience in finance ERP/system implementation (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms)
• Strong understanding of data governance, system design, and process integration in the context of finance systems
• Exceptional program and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work in complex, dynamic environments
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Experience working in or with Middle Eastern markets is an advantage
