Our IT Portfolio & Project Management team ensures the planning, management, and quality delivery of a diverse portfolio of projects, ranging from strategic initiatives to operational changes. We serve internal and external customers across the organization, driving impactful transformations. We are currently looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to join our team and lead the successful delivery of ongoing Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects. These include Privileged Access Management (PAM) and the cleanup and review of service accounts, sponsored by the IT Security department. The ideal candidate is experienced in both classical and agile methodologies, pragmatic, and highly delivery-focused.

• Develop project roadmaps, charters, and detailed delivery plans
  
• Initiate and manage projects through key phase gates
  
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, overseeing the full lifecycle from initiation to completion
  
• Foster a positive project atmosphere and motivate teams to achieve deliverables
  
• Apply intercultural communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and adapt to different working styles
  
• Create and manage project communications plans
  
• Define and report on project success criteria
  
• Provide regular status updates to sponsors, steering committees, and stakeholders
  
• Engage and manage stakeholders effectively
  
• Address and manage project changes, risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies
  
• Develop a strong technical and business understanding to collaborate with subject matter experts in IT and business domains
  
• Organize and execute meetings and workshops with stakeholders
  
• Contribute to the project management community by refining standards, KPIs, and processes
  
• Ensure project compliance with established standards and practices

• Degree in engineering, information technology, or equivalent practical experience
  
• 8+ years of IT project management experience
  
• Proven track record of successfully leading IT project delivery teams
  
• Project management certification in classical and/or agile methodologies (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master)
  
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, tools, and the software development lifecycle
  
• Experience with PAM, CyberArk onboarding, Microsoft Tiering Model, and cybersecurity/IAM concepts (preferred)
  
• Familiarity with the energy and/or trading industries (a plus)
  
• Proactive mindset with the ability to move seamlessly between high-level strategy and hands-on execution
  
• Collaborative approach with strong stakeholder management and organizational skills
  
• Results-oriented, customer-focused, and an excellent communicator
  
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of German and/or French is a strong advantage
