​We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead to join our team for a project involving migration to corporate and cloud system solutions. Your role will be to lead the team and participate in the migration to corporate systems, ensuring a smooth transition to new system solutions, supporting local solutions, maintaining, and optimizing existing local systems. Deep knowledge and experience in development, architecture, and infrastructure in the field of Oracle databases and Java are essential.

• Leading the application support and development team
  
• IT support for projects transitioning from local solutions to group solutions (harmonization)
  
• Application and database (Oracle DB) operational support for local systems
  
• Implementation of locally specific solution projects, architectural design, and solution implementation
  
• Optimization and modernization of database systems on the Oracle platform, hosted on-premises or in the cloud
  
• Collaboration with teams responsible for database management and optimization, developers, and architects
  
• Identifying opportunities to improve the performance and efficiency of database systems

• Ability to lead a team and collaborate effectively, communication and analytical skills.

• Experience leading or collaborating on international projects
  
• Knowledge and experience with Oracle databases (installation, configuration, optimization)
  
• Experience in designing and implementing database architecture
  
• Knowledge of cloud solutions and database migration to the cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  
• Experience with decommissioning local solutions
  
• Knowledge of infrastructure (hardware, networks, operating systems) and development tools
  
• Incident management knowledge (JIRA), M365 (including MS Teams), experience with Confluence and Sharepoint
  
• At least 5 years of experience
