We’re looking for a Senior System Analyst with a passion for understanding complex IT landscapes and aligning them with evolving business needs. This role bridges system architecture and business logic, contributing to scalable, efficient solutions.

• Evaluate how IT systems meet current and future business needs
  
• Define technical requirements for new and existing solutions
  
• Work across business and IT teams to ensure alignment and performance
  
• Provide architectural and functional input during development cycles
  
• Analyze system performance, identify issues, and drive improvements
  
• Collaborate on system support and solution development

• 6+ years of experience working on complex systems and large-scale projects
  
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture, agile frameworks, and system design
  
• Understanding of business processes, product strategy, and system models
  
• Strong analytical and communication skills
  
• Ability to identify gaps and drive solutions
  
• Fluent English is required (additional languages are a plus
