We are looking for a new team member for the position of Senior Business Designer, responsible for the development and design of new products, business, operational, and financial models. This person should understand customer and business needs to define IT, financial, and operational requirements.

• Oversee and develop product portfolio designs and define requirements
• Mentor junior business designers in activities such as workshops, stakeholder interviews, and helping create initial prototypes
• Actively participate in developing business models for new products
• Lead market trend research, design business, operational, and financial models

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Proven experience with large projects—from theory and analysis to solution implementation
• Ability to work independently
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to translate user needs into actionable requirements
• Extensive knowledge of SaaS strategies and Master Customer Journey
• Understanding of software applications within the digital ecosystem (software development life cycle management)
• Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written)
