You bring valuable features to our customers, participate in retrospectives, and propose improvements to processes and methodologies. This role is part of the current Distribution/Transport support team, responsible for enhancing the existing tech stack while continuing to support live production.

• Building and managing infrastructure both in on-premises VMware data centers and in Azure
  
• Assisting in creating highly available and scalable systems
  
• Providing support for live production environments
  
• Engaging in the full development lifecycle, with a focus on understanding infrastructure impacts of changes
  
• Implementing automation processes (such as Linux OS patching)
  
• Contributing to post-incident analysis

• Orchestration tools: Docker, Kubernetes
  
• Infrastructure: On-premises (VMware, Hyper-V) and Public Cloud (Azure)
  
• Databases: SQL (Postgres, Oracle)
  
• Monitoring and Logging Tools: Splunk, New Relic
  
• Familiarity with collaboration tools: Jira, Confluence
  
• Operating Systems: Linux, Windows
  
• Networking: Protocol management, firewall configuration
  
• Scripting: Python, Bash
  
• CI/CD Pipelines: GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps
  
• Skilled in diagnosing failures, identifying root causes, and escalating issues as needed, with strong stakeholder communication during issue resolution
  
• Proactive in identifying and resolving obstacles to ensure team productivity
  
• Equips team members with the necessary tools to perform their roles
  
• Coordinates with other teams for dependency management and integration needs
  
• Provides on-call support 24/7, one week per month
  
• Open to cross-functional training related to Fulfillment, Distribution, and Transport services
  
• Maintains up-to-date documentation within the knowledge base
• Adaptable, with strong planning, organizational skills, responsiveness, creativity, and initiative
• Skilled at building effective working relationships with colleagues and senior leadership
