We are seeking a highly experienced Atlassian Solution Architect to join our IT Infrastructure, which supports all IT operations. The successful candidate will play a significant role in designing, developing, and maintaining the implementation of Atlassian suite including and especially Atlassian Asset. This role requires a strong engineering focus and a genuine propensity for working with data.

Mise

Analyse and design solutions for IT Processes in the Atlassian Asset system.
Understanding of multifaceted IT delivery solutions including On-premise, Cloud and Saas solutions to be managed in a consistent way.
Design and optimize the interfaces, workflow, and controls to Atlassian Asset
Document and materialise designs in Confluence, ADOIT and SAP Signavio
Take part in design sessions, workshops and other design facilitation forums.

Skills

Understanding the Atlassian from the Master architecture perspective, such as understanding the complexity of different processes, features, such as ability to design different solutions based on the requirements from different stakeholders (ITSM, Project, Management, etc.)
Ability to document the PoC, such as ability to explain to the technical team what is to be done, not necessarily how.
Understanding the complexity, such as ability to see possible complications with different scenarios of solution.
Providing the best solution to the Product Manager, who would then, in cooperation with this role present the suggested solution to the stakeholders.
Good communication skills as it's important to communicate with different stakeholders and lead the team to achieve the best, most efficient and stabile solution.
Knowledge of ITSM and certification is preferred.
Experience with Atlassian solution design - MUST HAVE!!!
Mindset to work in the agile project setup
Experience of automating ITSM processes and fulfilment processes
Experience of implementing discovery and auditing tools within Atlassian
