Project description

For Czech Airlines Technics, we delivered the modernization of a specialized e commerce solution supporting spare parts ordering and aircraft repair management. As the system is an important part of day to day operations, we introduced the changes gradually to ensure continuity and avoid disrupting its regular use.

The project included the consolidation of the technical solution into a single environment, the design of a target architecture for future development, the gradual move to a cloud environment managed by the client, and the setup of rules for system operation and administration. The result is a stable and more manageable solution that creates a solid foundation for further functional expansion.
