General

We are looking for a new colleague to join our established team of analysts, developers and managers. The project focuses on supporting key branch systems and needs a person who can help deliver high-quality implementation from an analytical and architectural perspective.

Mission

Act as the key link between business and IT.
Collect, analyze and prioritize detailed requirements.
Prepare solution architecture for specific projects and estimate effort and timelines.
Coordinate with business teams and maintain the roadmap with regard to time, scope and resource dependencies.
Support downstream phases including detailed analysis, development, design and testing.

Skills

At least 3 years of experience in software development or IT implementation projects.
Knowledge of Enterprise Architect (EA) is required.
Analytical thinking and practical UML knowledge.
Experience with agile and waterfall projects, ideally in a SAFe framework.
Very good Czech or Slovak and good English.
Strong presentation, communication and coordination skills.
