About the project

We are looking for an AI Developer to join the internal AI team of one of the largest financial groups in Central Europe and help build practical AI applications from the first prototype to a production-ready solution.

The team focuses on developing in-house AI applications, RAG systems, LLM workflows, agents and AI/ML services. You will work with a modern technology stack and see the entire development process — from experimentation and prototyping to deployment.

Mission

Develop and evolve AI applications powered by LLMs and generative AI.
Work on RAG solutions, document chat, prompt pipelines and other AI use cases.
Implement AI/ML services and connect them to backend and frontend applications.
Experiment with different LLM models and evaluate them.
Gradually get involved in designing and developing agentic workflows and tool calling.
Collaborate on solutions working with text, documents, audio and other data types.
Take part in the whole development cycle, from prototype to Kubernetes deployment.

Skills

Basic to more advanced knowledge of Python or Java and the motivation to grow further in AI.
Interest in generative AI, LLMs and machine learning.
Experience with concepts such as RAG, embeddings, prompt engineering or LLM APIs.
Basic knowledge of REST APIs and backend development principles.
Ability to navigate an existing codebase and find solutions independently.
