AI Solutions Architect

AI at Devcity is not about experimenting with prompts or trying out a new model every once in a while. We build real AI solutions that have a measurable impact on how our company and our clients operate.

We are looking for a senior professional who can combine strong software development experience with a solid understanding of business. You will work in an environment where you will not simply receive ready-made assignments. Instead, you will actively identify opportunities where technology can eliminate unnecessary manual work, connect data or create new ways of getting things done.

Your work will focus on two main areas:

Internal AI development

You will have the opportunity to look across different parts of the company – from marketing and PPC through SEO and Social to Sales and HR – and identify processes that consume unnecessary amounts of time. You will then evaluate whether and how these processes can be meaningfully automated.

AI solutions for clients

Your role will also include working directly with clients. You will understand their needs and business and then design solutions that are technically robust, secure and economically viable.

These solutions may include AI assistants, RAG solutions built on internal data, ERP/CRM integrations, document workflow automation, custom AI applications or more complex workflows.

Your responsibilities will also include:

• developing and subsequently deploying solutions,
• evaluating results and further optimizing solutions,
• communicating with clients during discovery and solution design,
• preparing cost estimates and defining the scope of MVPs,
• coordinating or technically leading other developers when required.

We are looking for someone who focuses on the outcome, rather than trying to introduce artificial intelligence into every process.
