About the project

Identify opportunities to simplify, streamline or automate existing processes and functionality.

Take over and further develop know-how in the use of AI in product and data migration.

Contribute to the development and support of AI tools used by the migration team.

Look for new practical uses of generative AI in analysis, migrations and delivery processes.

Validate deliverables, support user acceptance testing (UAT) and participate in deploying changes to production.

Actively engage in backlog prioritization and change management.

Skills

Senior experience in business analysis and translating business requirements into IT specifications.
Knowledge of SQL.
Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
Strong analytical thinking and the ability to find efficient, functional solutions.
Interest in the practical use of artificial intelligence and a willingness to help develop AI solutions.
Good communication skills and the ability to cooperate effectively across business and IT teams.
Czech or Slovak at a native-speaker level.
