IT Business Analyst

You will work on developing insurance products and digital processes within the new Neuron core system, focusing primarily on motor insurance.

You will be part of a team that connects business, IT and modern technologies. In addition to traditional business analysis, you will also work on product and data migration and the practical use of generative AI in analytical and delivery processes.

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into specific IT assignments – from analyses and use cases to user stories.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, testers and business stakeholders and connect their needs.
• Contribute to solution design, including end-to-end processes and functionalities.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, streamline or automate existing processes and functionalities.
• Take over and further develop know-how in the use of AI for product and data migration.
• Contribute to the development and support of AI tools used by the migration team.
• Explore new practical uses of generative AI in analysis, migrations and delivery processes.
• Validate deliverables, support user acceptance testing (UAT) and participate in deploying changes to production.
• Actively participate in backlog prioritization and change management.

• Senior-level experience in business analysis and translating business requirements into IT assignments.
• Knowledge of SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to find efficient and functional solutions.
• Interest in the practical use of artificial intelligence and a desire to contribute to the development of AI solutions.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across business and IT teams.
• Native-level Czech or Slovak.
