Hi Jakub, we’ve been looking forward to this interview with you for a simple reason. You’re someone involved in a wide range of projects that extend far beyond Devcity itself.
This time we bring you an interview with Pavel Halbich, one of our colleagues who has been with Devcity from the very beginning and has been a solid part of our team for over seven years.
After more than four years at DEVCITY, this experienced developer has worked on a number of interesting projects and particularly values the flexibility and atmosphere of the company, which, according to him, has maintained its original values despite growth and changes. In the interview, he shares how his journey took him from his native Czech Republic to London and how DEVCITY has allowed him to work on projects that would have taken him years in a corporate environment. He also discusses the difference in outsourcing at DEVCITY and how this experience enables him to work freely from anywhere in the world.
We conducted an interview with Václav Kroupar, one of the key developers at Devcity who has been with the company since its inception, in the company's new offices in Prague's Holešovice district. The main topic of our conversation was outsourcing.
We were excited for our interview with Přemysl Krajčovič, CTO of Devcity, for two reasons. First, because in his role, he’s behind the company’s largest projects, and second, because he’s responsible for development.
Vilém Raška, who has been part of the DEVCITY team for over three years, reveals in an interview what motivates him to remain with the company. His primary motivators are the variety of projects he works on and the freedom he enjoys while working. According to him, DEVCITY offers a pleasant work environment reminiscent of a startup where the focus is on actual results without constant supervision. This allows him to focus on projects that interest and fulfill him in the long term.
