We are looking for a business architect who can shape business capabilities, processes and requirements so that technology solutions support the long-term direction of the organization.

Mission

Analyze business capabilities, processes and operating models.
Connect business strategy with IT delivery and solution design.
Prepare models, documentation and recommendations.
Coordinate with business owners, analysts, architects and project teams.
Support prioritization, roadmap planning and change impact assessment.

Skills

Experience in business architecture, business analysis or process design.
Ability to model and communicate business concepts clearly.
Understanding of enterprise IT and transformation projects.
Strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical thinking and structured approach.
