About the project

Are you looking for a new challenge and a flexible opportunity in the IT and technology sector? We are looking for a new colleague to join our team as an IT Recruiter.

Your role will involve supporting recruitment processes, communicating with candidates and working with the team to deliver IT services to our clients. You will actively search for suitable candidates on LinkedIn and other platforms, participate in CV preselection, conduct phone screenings and handle related recruitment administration.

You will also work closely with our marketing and sales teams to achieve shared goals. Our culture is built around teamwork, flexibility, trust and continuous improvement of our processes.

This position is suitable for mid-level candidates who want to further develop their IT recruitment skills, learn new things and gain deeper insight into the technology industry.

Your mission

• Search for potential candidates for open positions
• Preselect candidates and conduct phone screenings
• Manage the candidate database and keep candidate profiles up to date
• Communicate new job opportunities to candidates
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates
• Conduct job interviews
• Handle ad hoc recruitment activities and related tasks

Skills

• Previous experience in IT recruitment
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge and active use of LinkedIn and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Proactive approach and willingness to continuously learn and develop
• English at B2 level or higher, both written and spoken
• Basic knowledge of IT terminology
