Project Description
The project focuses on the technical development of a digital platform that simplifies communication between patients and healthcare providers. It supports online appointment booking, secure patient communication, document sharing and request management in one place. Healthcare professionals can manage communication more clearly instead of relying on phone calls, emails or several separate systems. As the number of users increased, the backend infrastructure required further development. The server-side system must reliably support the daily operation of the service, the processing of patient requests and the gradual addition of new functionality.
We contribute to backend development and the ongoing expansion of the platform's server-side infrastructure. Our work focuses on stability, performance and preparing the system for a growing number of users and additional product requirements. The collaboration strengthens the technical foundation of the service and creates room for continued product development. The platform can therefore expand its use across medical practices, clinics and other healthcare facilities.
