Symbio is an enterprise business process management (BPM) platform that helps multinational companies model, analyze and manage their key processes.

Challenge

Rapid product growth and enterprise customers' demands for new features, scalability and reliability required extending in-house capacity with experienced engineers able to contribute to the existing architecture from day one.

Our role and solution

  • Dedicated backend team: .NET / C#, services and integration layer
  • Dedicated frontend team: React and TypeScript, process diagram visualization
  • New modules and refactoring of key components for better performance
  • REST APIs for integration with surrounding enterprise systems
  • Close agile collaboration with the in-house product and architecture team for more than 2 years

Result

Stable long-term engineering capacity without lengthy hiring, and faster delivery of enterprise features while keeping code quality high.
